Refund policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect. In this case, the item/s may be replaced (if stocks are available) or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original box/packaging.
Store credit or a direct refund (whichever you prefer) will be processed within 5-7 business days once we approve the refund.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
