If you do not feel any of the effects of your charm/s within 30 days of delivery, just let us know. We’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

 

How to request an exchange or refund:

1. Message us on Facebook or email us within 30 days of receiving your order

2. Include your order number and let us know if you'd like an exchange or refund

3. Our team will guide you on how to arrange the return back to our warehouse

4. Once we receive the item in good condition, our team will process the refund or replacement

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the client.
